I am Luka Pekić, a multimedia artist and visual storyteller born in Belgrade, Serbia.
My creative journey is driven by a lifelong fascination with visual arts, spanning across photography, graphic design, and video production. Over the years, I have built a dynamic portfolio, transitioning from the structured world of marketing to the highly creative realms of fashion, music, and the broader regional entertainment industry.
My approach to art is holistic: I don't just capture a moment; I build a complete visual identity around it. Whether I am shooting a magazine cover, designing an album cover, or producing a high concept music video visualizer, my goal is to craft a cohesive and striking visual narrative.

2011 - 2021
My entry into the visual arts began in 2011 when I first started experimenting with graphic design. What began as a spark of imagination quickly evolved into a dedicated discipline. For over eight years, I worked in a corporate office environment at a marketing agency. This intensive period honed my technical skills and taught me the intricacies of branding, campaign development, and commercial design. During this time, I mastered the art of visual communication, creating billboards, promo materials, and comprehensive visual identities, which laid a rock solid foundation for my future in photography and multimedia production.
2022:
While graphic design was my first love, 2022 marked a massive shift in my career: I bought my first professional camera and finally gave my passion for photography an outlet. I immediately threw myself into the industry, starting as a fashion photographer capturing runway models at Serbian Fashion Week. The high energy and visual demands of the fashion world naturally led me to transition into the entertainment industry. This was the year I began blending my design background with my new photographic vision, stepping behind the lens to capture artists and creatives.
2023:
This year was defined by rapid growth and major industry collaborations. I established myself as a trusted eye in the regional music and entertainment scene. I had the privilege of photographing major names like Nikolija, Milica Pavlović, and Tijana Dapčević at the prestigious MAC Awards in Belgrade.
Simultaneously, I became heavily involved in the national competition for the Eurovision Song Contest (Pesma za Evroviziju / PZE), where I photographed incredible talents including Zorja, Filip Baloš, and Konstrakta. My ability to capture the raw emotion and theatricality of live performances made me a go-to collaborator for event recaps, promo visuals, and artist portfolios.
2024:
Building on the momentum of the previous year, 2024 saw me returning as a photographer for PZE for the second time, solidifying my presence at one of the country's most significant music events. By this point, my workflow had expanded significantly into video production. I was no longer just taking photos; I was actively recording, editing, and producing dynamic video content. This included crafting music video visualizers, promotional concert teasers, and engaging entertainment videos that brought artists' concepts to life.
2025:
2025 was a landmark year of major professional milestones. I collaborated closely with Zorja on her album Ja sam ona, where I was responsible for an extensive range of visuals, including shooting and designing the official album cover art.
My editorial work also reached a new high when I landed my first magazine cover for Bizlife magazine, alongside continued contributions to publications like Bazar. On the live music front, I took on the massive role of creating the complete visual branding for Boris Režak’s concert at the iconic Sava Centar on October 14, 2025, overseeing the aesthetic identity for a major arena show. Also, photographed my biggest inspiration Lady Gaga at The MAYHEM Ball Tour in Paris.
2026:
The momentum continues into 2026, starting with comprehensive work on album promos and photography visuals for Matizard. I continue to balance my time across various creative fields, bringing a sharp, minimalist, yet high impact aesthetic to every project I touch. From commercial shoots to music industry campaigns, my toolkit spanning photography, complex video editing, and graphic design allows me to be a one-stop powerhouse for creative direction...
